Reset Your Password
Open any browser and go to Password Recovery Page
Enter email you associated with Safe Lagoon account.
A link to reset your password will be sent to your inbox.
Change Your Username
The email address that your account was created with is the username.
If you forgot your username, or need to change your username for some reason, simply contact support at firstname.lastname@example.org and request the change.
Enable Account On Device
Whether you change your username or password, make sure to re-enable Safe Lagoon on each protected device using the new credentials. Otherwise, the app will report a login error and will be rendered unusable until you do so.
